I have an extra bedroom in a 1200 sqft 3 bedroom 1 bath house. The house would be shared with 2 other people. The room is a decent size room, about 110 sqft with a large closet and private entrance that leads to the front of the home. You would have access to the common areas like living room and kitchen areas. The bathroom would be shared. The $900 per month includes all utilities: electricity, water, WiFi (fiber optic 300 mbs) and a house keeper twice a month. I am interested in renting out to a nice, clean, working person. This room is intended for one person only. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The major cross streets are shields and blackstone. It's down the street from Fresno city and the 41 freeway. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by too. About Us: I am a 28 year old male. I work from home as an engineer so I am usually home most of the day. I do like to travel so I am gone for week at a time a couple times a year. I like to go the gym (jiu jitsu/boxing/mma) after work. Some of my hobbies are hiking, traveling, playing the piano, marital arts, movies, and hanging out with friends and family. My roommate is 29 years old and works in solar. He is usually gone early in the morning and doesn't come home until 5 or 6pm then usually goes to the gym for a few hours.
