With a team of 150 Case Management team members the average Case Management nurse to patient ratios are 1:
25.
A keen eye for detail comes naturally to you as does thorough and timely documentation and reporting.
You quickly grasp applicable regulations and standards, with the assurance to handle difficult situations on your own, or to escalate them as appropriate.
You employ the political savvy to collaborate in a large, fast-paced, and ever changing system.

Qualifications:
Experience and education minimum requirementsBachelor's degree in NursingOne year acute care hospital experience.
Three years of acute care hospital experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
Licenses and certifications minimum requirementsCurrent California Registered Nurse license.
BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) PREFERRED:
Master's degree in Nursing One year acute Case Management experience.
Accredited Case Manager (ACM) Certified Case Manager (CCM).
