The 56,000 square-foot emergency department is one of the largest and busiest in California! We have an 84-bed Level III NICU and plan to significantly expand pediatric specialty care.

Responsibilities:
The Manager, Multiple Units is accountable for the direction, supervision and evaluation of patient care performed by nursing personnel within their assigned service setting in accordance with established goals.
Responsible for unit operation, scheduling, position control, staffing and coordination of the quality improvement process.
Applies advanced, broad-based knowledge of nursing practice and theory as well as advanced knowledge of techniques of supervision, management, and leadership as applied to specific nursing responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing or successful completion of sufficient units in nursing to qualify for state licensure.
Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability.
Approximately three to five years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting.
Previous leadership Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIRED:
Current California Registered Nurse license.
Current BLS certification.
