The unit to which you would be assigned is a 49 bed, surgical Step Down Unit, with a 1:
4 patient:
nurse ratio.
It's a team environment looking for self-driven, highly-detailed nurses who communicate well.
Qualifications:
Experience and education minimum requirementsGraduation from an accredited registered nursing program.
Licenses and certifications minimum requirementsCurrent RN license for the state of California.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Electrocardiogram (EKG) Analysis Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer into job.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer into job.
