In this role some of your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Assists the Clinical Supervisor by serving as Primary Liaison for an assigned care area with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
He/she is responsible for coordinating patient flow and staff assignments and the oversight of Patient Safety, Quality, and Regulatory activities on the assigned shift.
Qualifications:
We are currently offering a $7,500 Sign On Bonus at hire for candidates meeting specialty experience bonus requirements.
Experience and education minimum requirements:
Two (2) years' experience as a Staff RN in the area of assignment or demonstrated competency by achieving a minimum 35 points on RN Competency Model Evaluation form.
Six (6) months experience as a Relief Charge RN or in a team leadership role.
Current CA Registered Nurse License.
Current BLS certification.
Certifications as required for the unit.
PREFERRED:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
