Responsibilities:
Interact with homeowners regarding warranty issues and explain the process for resolving those issues.
Create work orders and enter order information into NewStar based on incoming homeowner requests and inquiries.
Provide the details of the homeowner requests or inquiries to Field Managers.
Contact homeowners after the orientation walk-thru items have been determined and the work orders have been completed to confirm the work was completed to their satisfaction.
Distribute work orders to subcontractors.
Create AFP's in NewStar for all approved PO's.
Monitor completion of all work orders.
Close out completed work orders in NewStar.
Update the WSR (Warranty Status Report) on a weekly basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven organizational skills and highly detail-oriented.
Maintain professionalism while under pressure and when working with a variety of different personality types.
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from homeowners in a timely manner.
Work in a deadline-driven and time-sensitive environment.
Prioritize a demanding work load and deal with numerous interruptions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong computer skills.
Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
Maintain effective working relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, co-workers, and management.
High School Diploma is required or an Associate's degree is preferred.
3
years of experience in a detailed or more complex industry is strongly preferred.
Experience in construction or homebuilding.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
