INTERNET SALESCOORDINATOR
POSITION
Summary:
Supportand assist the Internet Sales Consultants in generating and maintaining arobust sales pipeline through the use of internet-generated leads. Accountable for providing a Tickled, Delighted,Happy experience for all internet-generated customer traffic.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Createa positive interactive experience for our internet customers through the use ofemail, online live chat with co-browsing technologies
Provideimmediate or same-day email or telephone response to all internet customerrequests with a targeted goal of a one-hour turnaround for all initialcorrespondence
Educatinginternet customers on current and future community and product offerings and,create desire for internet customers to visit our Welcome Home Centers (WHC's)
Assistin managing and distributing electronic marketing collateral to prospectivecustomers who visit Lennar's website
Createand effectively manage the internet customer database
Workwith Internet Sales Consultants in developing tracking and reporting tools tomanage the internet prospecting process and provide transparency of dailyactivities
Createand maintain community reference binders for each active and upcoming community
AssistMarketing Department in updating website with current information on new communityand product offerings, Home of the Week promotions, and homes available forimmediate move-in
Providefeedback to Marketing Department on the creation of electronic marketingcollateral material
Coordinatewith Marketing Department on the execution of marketing e-blast campaigns orother internet based marketing initiatives
Havea competent understanding of the division's product and community offerings atall times
Acceptadditional duties and responsibilities as identified by supervisor
Performall other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND ADDITIONALREQUIREMENTS:
Three(3) years minimum experience in the homebuilding industry
Highschool diploma or GED required
Currentand active real estate license
Musthave a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliabletransportation
Strongcomputer skills required
Strongcommand of the English language
Effectivewriting skills
Musthave extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience
Previoussales experience preferred
Escrowand mortgage financing a plus
Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
Maintainregular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required
Abilityto problem solve
Abilityto self-manage activities with minimal supervision
Arriveearly and work late if necessary
Understandand follow posted work rules and procedures
Committedto self-development of sales and internet skills

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:
This isprimarily an active position; associate must be willing to drive customers tovarious communities to demonstrate homes and home sites in ALL weatherconditions. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard andtelephone equipment, extensive phone and computer communication with customersis required. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25pounds.
