Position Title: Mid Level Civil CAD Drafter (Must be Civil 3D Proficient)

The qualified and success Mid Level Civil CAD Drafter will possess the following background, skills, and
Experience:
1.Must have a minimum of 2 years of Civil CAD Drafting work experience pertaining to civil land development projects (Required)
2. Must be proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D (Required)
3. Must be able to demonstrate Civil CAD Drafting work experience in civil land development engineering projects such as single family residential and multifamily residential; commercial, office, government and/or public works projects.
4. Candidates local to the Sacramento, Folsom, and Fresno California areas will receive priority hiring consideration. But we are also open to applicants that are ready and willing to relocate to any of the above listed locations.
5. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employee sponsorship and/or Visa transfer. Must have US citizenship or Green Card.
Senior Civil CAD Drafter overall role and
Responsibilities:
Prepare civil land development project working drawings for residential, commercial and infrastructure civil engineering projects including Site Plans, Dimensional Plans, Grading Plans, Utility Plans, Plan and Profiles, Details and Exhibits utilizing AutoCAD 3D.
Prepare complete sets of complex civil CAD drawings, which include multiple views, detail drawings, and assembly drawings.
Civil CAD drawings include complex design features that require considerable drafting skill to visualize and portray.
Assignments regularly require the use of mathematical formulas to draw land contours or to compute dimensions, quantities of materials, etc.
Work from sketches, models, and verbal information supplied by an Civil Engineer, Architect, or Civil Designer to determine the most appropriate views, detail drawings, and supplementary information needed to complete assignments.
