Maintenance Technician for New Assisted Living Community

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician at our beautiful Senior Living Community in Fresno, California.
Are you dependable? Energetic? Compassionate? Do you love interacting with seniors?
This role is responsible for assisting our residents when things need to be fixed in their homes. We are looking for someone who has general maintenance experience, is a self starter, and able to problem solve. The ideal candidate will also possess great communication skills, a can do attitude, and a willingness to do what it takes to get it done. A flexible schedule is a must because this position does require some nights and/or weekends.
Skills Desired:
Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, and HVAC
Ability to do minor carpentry work
Ability to assist with apartment turnovers - painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing
Prior work experience in an apartment building setting or another senior living community is a plus

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
