Remodeling Apprentice


Summary
Performs under the direction and supervision of the Team Leader on a job site.
Should possess basic construction skills with some emphasis on tile.

POSITION DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of tasks under the direction, training and supervision of the Team Leader. Tasks include, but are not limited to, demolition, basic framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roofing, insulation, drywall, painting, waterproofing, tile helping and setting, finish carpentry, etc
Strives to improve knowledge on all construction skills and gain greater understanding of basic construction techniques.
Strives to learn strong communication, job coordination, organizational and supervisory skills. Learn how to interact and communicate well with the Client throughout the job.
Responsible to carry out construction labor, material handling, and job site cleanup as assigned by the Team Leader.
Questions or problems should be brought to the attention of the Team leader.
Strives to improve on construction skills and gain greater understanding of basic construction techniques.
Performs to the best of ability; follows directions well.
Helps to train the Helper position on set up, clean up, trailer organization, trailer inventory, etc.
Helps maintain a safe and clean job site.
Respectful of customers property.
Protects furniture/belongings from construction materials, debris, etc.
Understands and complies with all company policies.
Understands and complies with all safety guidelines.
Maintains excellent company image; demonstrates integrity.
Maintains positive customer, fellow employee, and public relations.
Attends company meetings and company functions as requested.
Demonstrates allegiance to company; respect for supervisors and fellow employees.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
