Part-Time Tasting Room Attendant

Tasting Room Attendant Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Create a fun, memorable atmosphere for each guest visiting the winery.
Educate customers about our wines, the story, the brand, and Paso Robles.
Responsible for daily opening and closing procedures.
Maintain the presentation of tasting room, customer s outdoor space and backroom.
Package and ready sales orders as needed.
Assist with special events and off-site pourings as needed.
Assist with maintenance of website and social media.
Maintain inventory of wine and products in tasting room.
Opportunity for assisting with bottling or other processing duties, if desired.
Qualifications:
Exceptional customer relations and sales skills.
Positive attitude, outgoing and be able to work alone or with others.
Professional, punctual, self-motivated and detail oriented Demonstrated success in wine sales and membership sales.
Prior tasting room sales experience required.
Must have good use of the English language in writing and speaking.
Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Must have some knowledge of Social Media tools.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs repeatedly.
Compensation:
Hourly wage, plus wine club commissions plus commission for exceeding weekend sales expectations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
