## Minimum Requirements Bachelor''s degree in engineering Registration as a Professional Engineer Minimum 10 years of experience in the water/wastewater engineering industry Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing/business development experience Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test This position requires successful completion of the URS Project Management Certification program within 6 months of hire.
This certification program is a series of learning modules and is available on-line through the URS Learning Management System at no financial cost to the employee.
## Job Description This position focuses on the leadership and coordination of marketing and project execution for floodplain management, water resources, municipal wastewater, and municipal drinking water throughout the San Joaquin Valley including working closely with our Fresno and Bakersfield offices.
The position includes management of local water, wastewater, and flood control projects; supervision and development of staff; and leadership of marketing and business development activities for federal, state, and local clients.
Responsibilities:
Project Involvement - Serve as Principal-in-Charge, Project Manager, Senior Engineer, or Technical Reviewer for projects.
