Director of Property Management

We are a real estate investment company that has bought over 1,400 homes in just the last 5 years.
We are the biggest and the best at what we do.
We currently hold a growing portfolio of over 230 properties.
95% single family homes.
We are looking for a new team member, a director , to run our growing property management department.
We are NOT your typical property management company.
We do not manage other investor's properties, we only manage our own.
We make decisions in minutes not months.
Our culture is youthful, fast moving and entrepreneurial Your workday will be based out of our headquarters at Palm/Alluvial in Fresno.

Responsibilities:
Tenant Selection and Approval Process Policy, Structure, and Management Database Integrity Repairs & Maintenance management Federal & State Compliance Marketing Ensure consistent quality, curb appeal, asset preservation and risk management according to company standards Implement procedures to maximize rental income Monitor and report performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Qualifications:
Real Estate license preferred Able to lead and manage others Able to analyze and implement cost saving measures, efficient procedures, and effective leasing tools Able to be flexible, travel (daily, not overnight), and work extended hours Excellent Accounting Software and Microsoft Office skills Highly analytical and possesses distinctive financial skills Advanced excel skills to include, creating, modifying, and reviewing financial spreadsheets using Excel Most be able to communicate effectively across a variety of different audiences Detail oriented Self-motivated, personable and team player with experience in a fast paced environment Commitment to values and strong business ethics are required Bachelor's Degree in business preferred Compensation:
This will depend on background and experience.
