Company Description Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Explain companies product offering, schedule and manage customer appointments; Probe for needs, analyze electrical bills and usage and propose systems that meet the objectives of the customer; Share the responsibility of lead generation by working with Events team to plan and attend various networking events; Track and monitor performance against quota, responsible to meet or exceed minimum performance standards as established by Sales Management. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Must have outstanding interpersonal skills including superb verbal communication and listening skills; Must demonstrate professionalism at all times, including tact and diplomacy in dealing with others; Must be success-oriented, as demonstrated by referrals and previous work experience of exceeding performance targets and customer expectations; Ability to conduct accurate needs-analyses; Strong Mathematical skills, and understanding of personal finance; Ability to think critically and solve problems; Knowledge of solar industry, solar products and financing a plus; Proficiency with computer programs such as Outlook, Excel, Salesforce.com, MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat; Ability to accept coaching and work collaboratively with team. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
