Prioritize, plan, and coordinate work activities, and manage time and resources so that work objectives are met. Select, train, develop, and manage job performance of store employees, with assistance of other management personnel. Maintain appropriate professional relationship with union officials, and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreement provisions, if applicable. Maintain positive working relationships with direct reports, peers, supervisors, suppliers, and customers effectively handling complex or difficult situations involving others. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
