Assist in maintaining strict cashier accountability, key control, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures. Monitor cash levels and make appropriate drawer pulls as directed by the Store Manager. Monitor cameras for unusual activities (customers and employees), if applicable. Supply cashiers with change when needed. KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS: Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages. Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control. Ability to perform IBM cash register functions. Effective interpersonal and oral & written communication skills. WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
