Manage sales processes and report performance by market segment, geographic territory, product/service and sales staff to senior management.
Track and manage the sales pipeline and respond to any related inquiries.
Ensure that product/service meets its performance obligations and manage approval process for any exceptions.
Design and maintain metrics, processes, and tools required to support sales strategies and upsell opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and develop comprehensive sales training programs for sales organizations and account management teams to drive revenue and enhance profitability.
