This may include the coordination of shipments, tracking inventory, and managing the supply chain for goods and services.
They are also responsible for staying up to date with industry trends and regulations, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to as other duties may be assigned.
Create and maintain detailed records of orders, inventories, and shipments Prepare and send invoices and other documents to customers and suppliers Manage the distribution of goods and materials Coordinate transportation and shipping of merchandise Monitor and track the progress of shipments Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and documentation Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising from orders or shipments Work with other departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Maintain up-to-date records of orders and shipments Communicate with customers, vendors, and carriers to coordinate shipments Process data and generate reports to measure performance and identify potential areas of improvement Process all paperwork for delivery tickets or BOL's on incoming deliveries Track and confirm invoices, process trough finance department to be processed Comparing rates, transit times, efficient routes, minimize cost for the company.
Schedule routes, keep a full utilization for FTL, FCL, and get best rates for LTL.
Maintain and audit all warehouse purchase orders; and manages the paperwork and follow up according to the department's specifications.
Manage the paperwork of supplies picked up and delivered according to the Logistic Manager's specifications.
Perform administrative duties to include but not limited to answering telephones, filing, scanning, emailing, and reproducing copies.
Assist Operations staff with organizing, compiling, and processing of customer and vendor information.

EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred or related field experience.
Proven working experience of 3-5 years as Logistics, supply chain, shipping process Experience with SAP WM systems.
Good computer skills Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, math's, and multi-tasking skills REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload, logistics planning focus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, Knowledge of safety and trade regulations, incoterms, trade agreements.
Need excellent verbal communication skills to speak with partners, suppliers, customers, strong written communication skills, quick response and good attitude.
SAP a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, proactive.
To maintain and route inventory stock to multiple places, inventory analysts employ strong organization skills, attention to Detail - To verify numbers, notice inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory counts, these analysts possess a strong attention to detail INTERPRETATIVE REQUIRED SKILLS Basic analytical skills with the ability to assist in basic data analysis and interpretation.
Critical thinking and logical reasoning skills, including problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
Ability to collaborate with managers, creative teams, and directors.
COMMUNICATION REQUIRED SKILLS Adequate interpersonal communication skills, and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customer service staff.
Ability to compile status and performance reports.
Promptly inform relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
