Job Summary The salesperson is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to gain new customers and expand offerings to existing customers.
This position will be expected to deliver a minimum monthly revenue as shown in compensation structure.
The salesperson will work closely with the customer service team on estimating, order input, and order management.
The salesperson will work collaboratively with the art department to convey clients' needs and design direction for the order.
The salesperson will work closely with operations to understand production flow, capabilities, time frames, and product knowledge.

Gain understanding of product offerings and capabilities through shadowing and industry research.
Develop sales strategy targeting schools to expand client base.
Execute sales strategy within projected time frames.
Aim to schedule 15 meetings per week with new clients.

Build strong personal relationships with existing network and new clients.
Travel to sales meetings to meet in person and conduct site surveys.
Communicate via phone, text, email, and in person in a timely manner internally and externally.
Supervisory Responsibility This position does not manage other employees.
Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.
This position requires use of personal car to travel to sales meetings.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
This would require the ability to take measurements, walk campuses and building sites, and drive for extended periods of time.

Required Education and Experience A bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years of sales experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
