A polite, friendly, and welcoming Receptionist/Client Service Associate who is able to create a welcoming and professional environment for our clients.
A diligent, hardworking, and knowledgeable Receptionist/Client Service Associate who is able to efficiently prepare and process paperwork, following the activity completely through.
You are able to communicate with both clients, understanding their needs and following up on tasks, and with LPL Financial; requesting the correct information to prepare paperwork and confirming that it has been completed correctly.
The Receptionist/Client Service Associate must have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Job Roles:
Guide Clients to the Correct Team Member Welcome Clients into the Office Generate a professional Client Experience; on the phone and in the office.
Ensure that the Clients' service requests are prepared and completed in a timely manner.
Ensure that Clients' data is clean and up-to-date in all internal systems.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that the office is prepared to welcome Clients.
Protect the time of the Wealth Advisors and Managers.
Ensure that we remain on top of Client Birthdays and Important Life events.
Process Incoming Mail and ensure the proper personnel receive documents.
Support the Office Operations Team in the office.
Handle Non-Transactional LPL Business requests, such as Beneficiary Changes and New Accounts etc.
Process Transactional requests that have been approved by the Advisor, such as ACH (direct to/from bank), Journal Requests (account to account), and check distributions using the Move Money Request Tool on our Internal System.
(Training will be provided.
) Help Clients to access their account information online using LPL's Account View 2.

Work to maintain and update the procedures in the Procedure Checklist and General Handbook, as needed and as overseen by the Office Operations Manager.
Effectively communicate with Clients regarding their concerns and when following up with Clients.
Effectively communicate with the LPL Financial and Direct Business Companies (as needed) regarding Clients' requests and following up with the company to ensure that paperwork is processed correctly.
Schedule the Clients for regular meetings and follow-up meetings.
Support the Marketing Team, especially relating to Mass Mailings and Client Events.
Look for opportunities to leave a lasting impression on our Clients, by setting expectations and delivering on results.
Qualifications:
