JOB SUMMARY Overall program management including contract outcomes, leadership and supervision, clinical operations, training, fiscal and billing controls, EHR, workplace safety, and policies & procedures.

Perform urine toxicology specimen retrieval following program procedures including strict adherence to protocols for testing.
Provide high level of professional service including demonstration of respect for patients' privacy and creation of an atmosphere of dignity and patient safety Interact with patients and staff in a professional and respectful manner Organize workflow to ensure efficient and accurate testing Assure chain of custody compliance prior to submission for testing Ensure compliance with quality control and quality improvement protocols to affect highest quality patient care Order and maintain stock of UA testing materials following purchase policies Complete data entry requirements as may be required by program Communicate effectively with other staff to provide consistent treatment for each client.
Interacts therapeutically with residents.
Meets and maintains security and other standards necessary for admission to the program.
Complies with all CDCR requirements including security and safety.
Maintain confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good sense of boundaries, ethics, and professional demeanor.
Maintain the distinction between therapeutic and social relationships.
Cultural and ethnically sensitive.

QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or its equivalent (e.
g.
General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
Trained and certified in CPR and the administration of first aid services within 30 calendar days of hire.
This is an entry-level position.
Staff in this position are expected to be pursuing an education/training designed to further their career in the substance abuse treatment field.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite and EHR software.
Ability to problem solve and react appropriately to emergency situations.
Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with a team.
