We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs - Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose issues - Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance to customers - Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and time required for repairs - Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Maintain open lines of communication with customers throughout the service process - Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs - Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate financial records - Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar Skills:
