The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, have a positive/friendly attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Primary Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and manage the office calendar - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Maintain records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information - Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and organizing documents - Managing office mail, website, renewals and memberships - Content creation and creating Canva flyers and posting on company social media/ communication boards - Look over all paperwork to confirm agents have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently - Assist payroll with bookkeeping - Contribute to the overall organization and cleanliness of the office.
- Coordinate meetings and events - Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures Job Type:
Full Time M-F 8-5.
Occasional overtime and hours may be required.
