Coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Assists Project Managers and Account Executives in meeting goals through proposal creation and installation planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Create install packets & scheduling for all projects Confirm all installation dates/times with client's day prior to installation Confirm installation calendar with Delivery and Assembly team Manage all warranty claims, freight claims, & punch list items for PM Dept Process all Ship Direct orders Collates CAD drawings needed for proper installation Organizes and maintains numerous project files related to the proposal and installation process Receive, Deliver, Tag all new product received at Facility Designs.
Close out / finalize all completed job files and forward for invoicing Manage work requests Schedule dates Create labor po in Software program Close out work requests Close out po in software forward file for invoicing SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A.

) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid California Drivers License and proof of insurance.
COMPUTER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong knowledge of computer:
Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet.
Must be able to type a minimum of 50 WPM.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to multi-task and possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
