Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel Experience with Square Point of Sale Experience with Adobe Ability to maintain calendar and meet deadlines with little supervision Detail-oriented and organized workspace Ability to complete work efficiently with a focus on quality Ability to communicate via verbal and written methods in a clear and effective manner Good attitude and positive personality Ability to maintain professional relationships with other associates and customers Experience with iOS a plus.
Experience with JOT Form Job Duties:
Assist Sales Staff with permitting paperwork Process all incoming contracts Help with order placement/corrections/processing/invoicing Keep customer accounts up-to-date Order/prepare/distribute iPads and square accounts to customers Monitor Square data to help identify any errors Post Credit Card sales to customer account Keep accurate inventory of Point of Sale equipment Supervise/Manage product returns at one of our remote centers Assist with reporting and analysis as requested Other duties as assigned Environment:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
