As a Labor Compliance Coordinator, you will have a key role in companies adherence to labor regulations, particularly related to unions, and be responsible for overseeing certified payroll, subcontractor compliance, trust fund payments and other related duties.
The company is looking for motivated and experienced candidates with a background in construction labor compliance who are also knowledgeable about union laws.

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with labor and union regulations in the construction industry Collaborate with a team of compliance coordinators Manage and review certified payroll for subcontractors Process trust fund payments and union dues on a monthly basis Manage and certify documents uploaded into the Department of Industrial Relations Monitor and track subcontractors' compliance and labor records Serve as a liaison between the company, compliance agencies, and subcontractors Handle day-to-day monitoring, communication, and email correspondence related to labor compliance Ensure all required documents are submitted and in order to facilitate timely payments Assist with the monitoring and management of construction projects Requirements:
Labor compliance experience in the construction/union industry 3
years of experience in labor compliance Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with ViewPoint and Tracker software is preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field in preferred
