Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dual General Manager to oversee the operations of two Marriott-branded hotels located in the beautiful San Joaquin County.
As a Dual General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success, profitability, and guest satisfaction of both properties.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a strong background in hospitality, management, and multi-hotel management.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
Provide strong leadership to hotel teams, ensuring a positive work environment, professional development, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, optimize revenue, and drive profitability for both properties.
- Guest Satisfaction:
Maintain high-quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction is consistently met or exceeded.
- Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
- Marketing and Sales:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, including local marketing efforts.
- Vendor and Community Relations:
Build positive relationships with local vendors and the community.
- Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all Marriott and Hilton brand standards, as well as local regulations.
- Reporting:
Provide regular reports and updates to ownership and corporate teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven leadership and management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Multi-hotel management experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with Marriott and Hilton brands is a strong advantage.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
