This is an onsite opportunity to be part of a dynamic Lottery team working on a new prize payment program to enhance the customer experience in the Fresno area! Who we are:

The Customer Service Technician is a member of the Finance team and is responsible for performing a variety of specialized semi-technical duties in service to Lottery winners, players, and retailers.
This position also performs routine, semi-technical duties related to the validation and payment of claims for California State Lottery prizes.
Office setting with workstations that are in proximity to other staff but are at least six feet apart.
Working Conditions:
The office temperature is regulated with air conditioning and heating.
The entire area is illuminated with natural and artificial lighting.
The position may have a rotating schedule for work location depending on the nature of the work being completed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
