ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development, coordination and administration of Pediatrics, including the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) programs in accordance with Community Medical Centers mission and goals.
Serves as liaison to physicians, medical groups, hospital staff, community and vendors.
Responsible for overseeing maintenance of high quality patient care in medical, surgical and maternal units.
The primary objective of this position is to work with medical and hospital staff to coordinate the delivery of comprehensive, conveniently available, high quality, cost effective services within Community Medical Center (CMC).
QualificationsEducation Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) required or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) and Masters Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required Experience 5 years of clinical hospital nursing experience required 1 year of experience in Neonatal or Pediatric services required Licenses and CertificationsRN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license requiredDisclaimerso Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
o Per the CDPH order, all healthcare workers are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved exemption.
o If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
