Day Shift Description:
Reporting to the Director Patient Experience, Service Excellence, the Supervisor of Guest Services position is responsible for supervising and overseeing Guest Services staff to maintain a high standard of customer service and efficient communication and teamwork between all Guest Services staff.
The Supervisor is in a collaborative role with the Director in setting and implementing standards and processes to improve team and customer experience and efficiency.
This position is highly visible and serves as a role model of our service standards for excellent customer/guest services.
This position incorporates front-line work, team support, and patient-facing interactions, as well as administrative paperwork and office work.
1.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Two (2) year college degree or equivalent is preferred.
2.
Three (3) years of strong customer service or hospitality related experience is required.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
3.
Exceptional communication and liaison skills, in order to interact with patients, visitors and colleagues in a professional and helpful manner are required.
4.
The ability to handle difficult situations in a customer-centric manner and utilize critical-thinking skills in real-time is required.
5.
The ability to manage multiple priorities, multi-task, and work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team is required.
6.
Excellent computer skills, as well as an interest in customer/guest relations is required and a basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
7.
The ability to work a flexible schedule, as necessary, is required.
8.
The ability to be a strong leader and motivate/inspire others is required.
9.
The abilities to be detail-oriented and organized are required.
Pay Range:
$26.
