Essential Duties and Responsibilities In this position, you will review data quality and identify improvement needs throughout the Fresno Madera Continuum of Care (FMCoC), including data quality compliance of all active HMIS projects, review existing reports derived from HMIS for accuracy, and implement modifications as necessary.
You will also communicate active status of project data performance to agency leadership, and collaborate to create individualized FMCoC member agency improvement plans.
In this position, you will coordinate, conduct and participate in regular meetings with HMIS stakeholders across the FMCoC community and elicit feedback on HMIS challenges and solutions to best utilize the data systems and collaborate to set system wide data quality goals.
You will also collaborate with the HMIS team to perform routine data quality checks of FMCoC programs, review HMIS data integrity to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the HMIS Data Entry Manual.
Competencies and Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position will have a High School diploma or equivalent certificate of High School Achievement (GED) and at least two years of experience in data entry and analysis, or management information systems.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
