Experience with State and Federal Prevailing Wage Compliance and State Apprenticeship requirements.
Sales, Research and Public Speaking skills a plus.
Must be familiar with Construction-specific Department of Industrial Relations and the US Department of Labor prevailing wage compliance procedures.
Position requires full-time on-location office work only.
Candidates must also possess research skills for contract and labor law compliance.
Need to be proficient with LCPTracker, Elations, MS Office (Excel, Word, OneDrive, PowerPoint).
Contract Law experience also a plus.
Job requires some state-wide travel across California.
