We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, calendaring court hearings, Spanish interpreting, and other general office duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Spanish speaking is required.
Responsibilities:
Greet prospective clients Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person.
Draft and mail form letters using Microsoft Word Calendar appointments and court hearings.
Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
Organize and maintain files.
Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.
Interpret for Spanish speaking clients.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
