Saladino's, California's largest independent foodservice distributor, is seeking a motivated, career-minded Cost-Price Analyst to work at our Fresno Home Office.
The Cost-Price Analyst supports all aspects of the costing and pricing process.
Costing Reviews placed purchase orders against vendor purchase order confirmations for pricing accuracy; researches and eliminates discrepancies.
Reviews all vendor price change announcements for proposed changes and prepares needed evaluation documents and assists Cost-Price Supervisor.
Updates system costing and pricing modules utilizing transition timing to best financially protect and benefit the company while maintaining integrity with customers affected by the adjustment.
Pricing Executes assigned elements of the annual plan.
Increases knowledge of core operating system and tools to best manage the customer price model.
Completes customer price tasks as instructed.

Monday - Friday Salary:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence Strong analytical/mathematical skills with ability to explore variances and seek resolution Excellent listening, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities with solid decision-making skills Working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures Experience Minimum one year experience in business accounting practices Excel
