The individual is responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products for clients in the Fresno area.
The pay range is starting at $23.
00-$28.
00 an hour.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Performs diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance.
Maintains equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
Manages an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP's Maintains an accurate assigned part inventory.
Delivers exceptional customer service.
Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships.
Maintains positive relationships with employees.
Contributes as a team player.
Qualifications and Experience 1-2 years related experience preferred, if not we will train you! HS diploma/GED required.
Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong time management and organization skills and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook) Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at floor level, and walk long distances.
