Position Requirements: We're looking for someone with serious ambition, who has what it takes to close sales, beat quotas and rack up commissions. It is best if you have at least 1-2 years of either sales or customer service experience, a college degree (preferred) and bilingual Spanish skills are a definite plus. Full time positions also require flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends (may differ for Part Time positions).

We have a pay for performance culture and on average a retail sales employee earns 80 - 115% of target.
However, our top performing sales employees earn 200% or more of target.
