Now seeking a Contract Administrator for a long term position in the Fresno, CA area! Trillium Construction is now hiring a Lead Contract Administrator for long-term work in the Fresno, CA area! Our client is a global leader in delivering utility-scale solar photovoltaic power generating systems and they are currently seeking a Lead Contract Administrator to add to their team!
The employee in this role will act as the on-site Administrator. He/She will be responsible for establishing site project offices. They will also be included in the local hiring process and the sourcing of new vendors. Other duties will include setting up meetings, establishing procedures and policies, keeping track of payroll hours, contract documentation, and acting as liaison with management and headquarters.
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for communicating and working with others from all levels of the organization. The person in this role may also be trained in other areas outside of the hired role. Some overtime may be required, as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
