Due to growth, we are seeking STRONG Residential Service Selling Tech that wants to get out of the attics and under houses for the Fresno and Bakersfield CA area. Average techs can earn $80-100K with the TOP techs earning $150K per year!
The selling technician will learn our system and culture for the first months then get leads from interested home owners to discuss new systems. Earning potential is up to you! (If you already have the experience it will be a plus).

Qualifications include:
High school diploma/GED
4
years HVAC experience
Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus
CFC, NATE or RSES certifications preferred
Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers, $12,000 average tickets, 70% closing ratio
Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends and on-call
Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential equipment
No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
Clean driving record
Must submit to a drug screening and criminal background check
Must be willing to live or relocate to the San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara CA area
