Project Manager Fresno CA

Our local client, a Fresno, California construction management company is seeking a fulltime Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager on larger projects, and assisting with take-offs and bid estimates.
Required Tasks:
o Directly perform or supervise the completion of required project tasks:
o Safety monitoring and safety policy compliance for field activities
o Quantity tracking of field activity for project cost control
o Timesheet review and approval
o Performing quantity take-offs and labor pricing
o Pipe detailing
o Submittal review and processing
o RFI writing and tracking
o Procuring construction materials
o Specification and plan review
o Purchase order and contract writing and review
o Supervising construction installation crews
o Subcontractor supervision
o Project cost tracking, cost analysis and cost control
o CPM Scheduling
o Communication with owner and design engineer
o Estimate all components of a majority of our projects
o Financial projections and reporting to senior management
o Change order negotiations with Owner
o Conduct progress meetings with Owner and Design Engineer
o Assist with recruiting efforts
o Responsible for field employment hiring and discharge
o Labor relations with local business agents
o Bottom line responsibility for your projects
Experience & Education:
o Four year degree in a construction, engineering, or related field
o Ten or more years of experience with a mechanical, industrial, or general engineering contractor performing the Required Tasks described above
Salary range will be $80,000 to $110,000.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
