DnD Marketing is looking for both entry-level and experienced talent for our Management in Training (MIT) program. DnD Marketing is an Authorized AT&T Solutions Provider, contracted directly by AT&T to handle their sales and marketing efforts in select regions of the country.
Entry-level account representatives will deal with existing customers, introducing them to new/upgraded features of their current telecommunications service. They will also be responsible for adding new program customers through direct sales efforts.
Account reps enrolled in our MIT program will be trained to operate/lead the sales and marketing efforts of our field offices. MIT enrollees generally attain management status within 12-18 months.
Experience in a sales or related field is preferred, but not required. Recent college grads or those with a sales, customer service, retail or hospitality background are encouraged to apply.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
