Field Manager for Youth Exchange Organization Part Time

NOW HIRING - Field Manager for Central - Northern CA (Fresno to Oregon Border)

Location: Northern CA - work from home

We at ICES love high school exchange students, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision and will help expand our program. We are seeking an individual with previous experience as an area coordinator or regional manager/director or similar within a cultural exchange organization.

Responsibilities include:
o Develop a relationship with private high school administrators to be able to promote schools to our international clients.
o Build and supervise a team of local coordinators to place private high school exchange students with host families throughout the territory.
o Lead the field staff to meet placement deadlines, guaranteeing that all secured host family and school acceptances adhere to CSIET compliance standards.
o Insure that field staff receive initial and ongoing training and support as needed to insure quality and compliance.
o Work closely with the Placement Director through regular email and phone communication and attend training meetings.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
