Professional Standards Institute (PSI) is looking for part-time on-line Instructors for developing and facilitating professional development and continuing education courses.
These are on-line asynchronous instructor facilitated or independent study courses.

(6) Instructor for eCommerce Infrastructure and Technology PDC course.
Project Management Instructors (1) Instructor for Manufacturing Project Management PDC course.
(2) Instructor for Aviation Project Management PDC course.
(3) Instructor for Strategic Project Management PDC course.
(4) Instructor for Systems Implementation Project Management PDC course.
(5) Instructor for Portfolio Management PDC course.
Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Instructors (1) Instructor for Design for Six Sigma PDC course.
(2) Instructor for Six Sigma Project Management PDC course.
(3) Instructor for Applied Lean Six Sigma for Information Technology PDC course.
(4) Instructor for Applied Lean Six Sigma for Manufacturing PDC course.
(5) Instructor for Applied Lean Six Sigma for Call Centers PDC course.
Web Development Instructors (1) Instructor for Responsive Web Development PDC course.
(2) Instructor for Advanced Web Site Design PDC course.
Engineering Management Instructors (1) Instructor for Engineering Resource Management PDC course.
(2) Instructor for Engineering Accounting and Finance PDC course.

Instructor Qualifications.
a.
Must have a masters degree or higher.
(1) Awarded by a regionally accredited school.
(2) Major in an area related to the course being taught.
b.
Must have 5 Years experience in an area relevant to the course.
c.
Previous teaching experience preferred.
d.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
3.
Types of Courses.
PSI offers three types of courses:
Professional Development Courses and Continuing Education Courses.

Instructor Responsibilities a.
Complete the Instructor Orientation Course within 15 days of starting.

If a PDC course is developed, facilitate the course(s) in the following manner:

If a CEC course or ECEC course is developed, monitor the course(s) in the following manner:

Instructor Orientation Course.

Compensation and Benefits Unlike most other schools, Instructor compensation is not fixed at a flat rate with no rate hikes.
Instructor compensation is based on the following four factors:
(1) The type of course (PDC, CEC, ECEC) (3) The number of monthly student enrollments (4) The length of time you have been working with the Professional Standards Institute.
You will receive a rate increase at 6-months, at 12-months, and then once a year up to 15-years.
You are not limited to a set number of courses you can develop or facilitate.
Tuition and certification benefits are available after six months.
Instructor positions are one-year 1099 contract positions, renewed annually.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
