Job Description Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting up sample, sampling and testing of product, and responsible for submission forms.
Responsible for shipping of samples to different labs.
Responsible for paper documentation and data entry on Product Quality system.
Responsible for physically changing tags in finished product area.
Responsible for carrying out any actions if results were to come out positive.
Responsible for writing SOP's; document and record control.
Responsible for maintaining quality systems, product and sanitation logs.
Responsible for internal audits; with supervision of Technical Director.
Operating and maintains lab equipment (Nitrogen analyzer, moisture and ph testing).
Responsible for evaluating stock items/stock finished product.
Responsible for completing forms in accordance with company procedures.
Sets up and maintains paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
