Must have at least 5 years experience.
Have an eye for detailed painting.
Must be able to speak English.
Have vehicle to carry equipment.
Tasks:
Leading 1-2 painters Who work under you.
Communicating with customers when questions are asked of you.
Picking up materials from paint store.
Completing jobs from start to finish.
Requires skills:
Prepping and Painting cabinets, complete interiors, complete exteriors, residential and commercial.
Thorough preparations, cutting straight lines, masking, caulking, sanding etc.
Starting and finishing projects in a timely and detailed manner.
Showing up on time.
Staying off of cell phone.
