About the Position:
Under the general supervision of the Construction Office Chief, District 6 Construction, a Supervising Transportation Engineer, the D6 Construction Support Unit Chief is the first line working supervisor managing support staff for the Construction Branch.
Incumbent duties include responsibility for managing construction resources, budgets, training, vehicles, cell phones, property (including IT equipment) and managing project resources and estimates as it relates to staffing.
Incumbent is also the Construction liaison for personnel matters and hiring/staffing responsibilities.
