Sales Support/Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes - Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services when appropriate - Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues Requirements:
