As a Clinical Decision Support Analyst, with the largest private employer in the Central Valley, the average day is anything but average and you will actively feel and see how your role impacts our mission and those we serve.
Medical Decision Support Department is responsible for a multitude of data support and submissions for the hospitals.
As an Analyst with the Governmental Analysis & Projections (GAP) Team, our primary role is to help effect leadership decisions by providing actionable quality data and data analyses.
Through the use of Excel and Tableau software, we are able to collect, integrate, and report out data in a meaningful way.
In this small team of analysts, each analyst will become the data expert and specialist for a service area.
We are currently in need of an analyst to oversee the hospital patient experience database and other data registry support.
Depending on the skills and experience, the position may be adjusted to an Analyst II or III level.

Works closely with other Quantitative Analysts in the design methodology, statistical analysis and presentation of Quality Improvement measurement activities at Community Medical Centers.
Qualifications:
Experience and education minimum requirements:
Bachelors degree in statistics, business, nursing or closely related fields.
Previous employment in a highly confidential position.
Experience with statistical software packages such as Excel and SPSS.
PREFERRED:
Healthcare background.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
