Warehouse/Inventory Clerk

Job Description Warehouse/Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining stockroom inventory, placing timely orders and picking up necessary orders from vendors when needed.
In addition assists and performs clerical duties related to department and performs a variety of tasks and assignments which are not limited to the following duties and responsibilities.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
o Maintains stockroom inventory of materials, equipment, supplies and products.
o Monitors inventory levels and reconciles physical inventories with records.
o Transports parts from vendors via vehicle efficiently.
o Receives parts and verifies incoming parts with invoice.
o Reviews purchase orders as required, seeks price quotations and places orders on a timely basis.
o Follows up with suppliers to schedule deliveries, resolve any issues (i.
e.
damage products, overdue deliveries) and return of materials.
o Prepares documents, such as work orders and shipping orders to route materials.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
o Ability to build strong customer relationships, both internally and externally.
o Ability to work well in a team environment.
o Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
o Excellent Time management skills.
o Mechanically inclined.
Ability to recognize by name and sight a variety of parts, materials and supplies related to industrial machinery.
o Ability to carry objects of moderate to heavy weight (10-50 lbs) Requirements:
o Knowledge of the Fresno area o Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable and fulfilling obligations o Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Click here to apply.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
