Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Company Description Job Description To understand and document current business processes, develop future state of Business processes and then makes recommendation based on the opportunities that technology and business re-engineering bring.
This may include suggesting areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Actively participate and leads internal teams/task forces.
Ability to create documentation and/or flowcharts using case scenarios, process flow documentation, functional requirements and project deliverables.
Implements processes to support immediate business needs.
Collaborates with onshore and offshore IT team in the design, testing and deployment of build-outs to company systems To project manage the delivery of IT systems within the boundaries of resource, time and quality.
To work within the long term vision for the development of IT systems in a Business area.
Competencies:
Analysis and Solution Definition Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges within the organization and industry.
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
Technical Recommendation and Testing Leads and perform testing efforts.
Communicates needed changes to development team.
Project Execution Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
A take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
Communicates and applies project standards.
Develop and maintain project plans so that projects are delivered successfully.
Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
Experience with Project management methodology Communication Assists in the facilitation of team and user meetings.
Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Technical Skills Possesses understanding in the areas of Business Analysis, application programming, database and system design.
Understands Internet, Intranet and client/server architectures.
Experience in SAP Business Analysis, SharePoint development, and Net development Problem Solving Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.

Masters or MBA in Information Technology 8 Years of Industry experience in Information technology out of which 5 years in business analysis and project lead capacity.
