Description Specific responsibilities include:
Managing and reviewing preparation of trademark clearance reports for all assigned business units.
Supervising preparation, filing, prosecution and maintenance of trademark and domain name registrations for all assigned business units.
Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and membership to at least one state bar 4
years experience in intellectual property with a strong emphasis on domestic and international trademark practice Experience in trademark prosecution, counseling, licensing, and transactional matters Ability to exercise sound business and legal judgment when presented with incomplete facts and uncertain law Ability to handle multiple matters, re-prioritize as dictated by business needs, and work well under pressure Ability to contribute to a team environment while demonstrating initiative and self-reliance (Sports Management, Finance, Admin) Source:
